Hi, we’re Mel White & Aaron Bailey, also known as IntraConnecting.

We offer training in Nonviolent Communication for individuals and groups. Our workshops are welcoming, supportive spaces where we teach skills that help us to connect more authentically and effectively, deepen and strengthen our relationships, and manage conflict in healthier ways.

We also host regular Ecstatic Dance events.
