This mix was designed to journey from gentle beauty to pulsating beautiful beats, and back & forth with strings, synth piano and cello crescendos... then from the heights reached we come back into stillness - carrying insights with us from those who graced us with these pieces.

Ecstatic dance encourages us to tap into the energies and emotions in the body without any other influence to take us there - dancing with pure focus on the movement, music, and inner/outer flow.

However you are, you are welcome and wonderful. It’s not about getting to any state, but being open to the possibility for subjective inner to merge with outer and a sense of separation to cease... as well as allowing ecstatic/other states to come and go.
